Ian Dunning - CEO

Ian is a former international banker with HSBC. For more than 20 years he has been involved in the conception, design and development of online reference data portals and delivery systems for the international banking community, including SWIFT’s SWIFTRef business unit. In developing these systems he extended the use of payments reference data into platforms designed for corporate use, including payments and e-invoice validation systems.
Ian is also the author of books (in English and Italian) on how companies can gain commercial advantages from the internet.
For the past two years, Ian, together with Nick, has been working closely with ICC Ukraine, supporting the design and development of the Rebuild Ukraine Portal and Global Export Promotion Programme.
Nick Daniel - COO

Nick is a seasoned IT professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the business development of IT platforms and services, principally within the financial services sector in the UK, Europe, Asia-Pac and Latin America. Successful and experienced in both start-up and mature company environments, he combines the benefits of entrepreneurial skill and innovation with structure, governance and process. He previously co-founded a fintech start-up and regularly undertakes consulting assignments for emerging companies and new market entrants.

As an entrepreneur, Roel Crooijmans is always trying to simplify and innovate business via digitisation of the business process. Transitions from paper to electronic exchange and ethically and legally sharing data and information today, are key in simplifying and innovating international business. International e-invoicing, eCMR, blockchain and Peppol are some of the innovations in which Roel is closely involved.
In his role as Chief Innovation Officer with TTS, Roel has found that the newest innovation in creating multilingual microsites also simplifies and innovates international business.

Andrew has been in the reference data industry for over 20 years and has held various roles across the globe combining his reference data expertise and commercial experience. Andrew was formerly with SWIFT, and was part of the management team of the reference data business line, SWIFTRef. He was also responsible for partner strategy and was global head of the SWIFTRef Partner programme. He has extensive experience in developing and managing strategic relationships and has managed key projects with a number of payment infrastructures including European Payments Council, Euro Banking Association, Pay UK and Banking and Payments Federation Ireland.
Flavio Caricasole – Director, Italian Market

Formerly, a senior banker with the UBI Banca Group, responsible for International Trade and Payment Systems. He has a deep knowledge of: Correspondent Banking, Trade Finance & Cash Management. In addition, he has developed: (a) business intelligence tools to analyse interbank messaging traffic and (b) Transaction Banking Lab which matches banks’ demands with the various solutions available in the fintech market. Flavio has also developed the Italian export portal Proexporters.
